How to run a live 3v3 game. Set it up, score it in real time, and share it with your spectators.

Overview

What You'll Do

Set up two teams and three matches.
Score the game live, round by round.
Share a link or QR code so spectators follow along in real time.

The Format

3 Matches × 4 Rounds

= 12 head-to-head scores. You play across a round (Match 1 → 2 → 3), then start the next round.

Step 1

Sign In

Go to tawf.ca → League → Scoreboard.
Sign in with your email.

Signing in unlocks

+ Create New Game and history of past games.

Spectators

Do not need an account. They just open the share link.

Step 2

Set Up the Game

Three quick steps and you're ready to wrestle.

Team Names. Give the two teams a name and a color. The two colors must differ — the other team's pick is locked out.
Set Matches. Put the athletes' names on both sides and which arm they're using — Left, Right, or Split (alternates Left / Right each round).
Start Game. That's it! Start your TAWF 3v3 scrimmage.

Once you press "Start Game", these settings lock and can't be changed. Double-check names and arm settings first. There is no editing the roster mid-game.

Score Each Match-Round

The operator screen shows the live board on top and the controller below. Use Prev / Next to move between match-rounds, then mark the result for the winner.

Win vs. Flash Pin

Win is a normal win. Flash Pin is a win plus a bonus point for a clean, instant pin.

Fixing a mistake

You only mark the winner. The loser scores 0 automatically. Tapped the wrong team? Tap the correct one, or tap again to toggle off.

Scoring

How Points Work

Winner's points =

5 (base) − winner's fouls + loser's fouls + flash-pin bonus

then multiplied by the gamble multiplier.

A base win is worth 5.
Each foul by the winner subtracts a point. Each foul by the loser adds one.
Flash Pin adds +1. The loser always scores 0.

Fouls

Tap + Foul to add a foul for an athlete, or − to take one back.

3 fouls = automatic loss (a "foul-out"). The app records the opponent as the winner for you.

The Gamble

Each team gets one gamble for the whole game, declared before the match starts.

It multiplies that match-round's points: one team gambles → ×2, both teams gamble → ×3.

Step 4

Share with Spectators

Tap the Share button in the top-right corner to reveal the spectator link — read-only, so people can watch live but never touch the score.

Copy the link and send it out, or show the QR code for people to scan.

What spectators see

The live game, updating in real time. No account needed. The link stays alive to show the final results after the game ends.

Spectators can only watch, never change anything. Great on a big screen or everyone's phones.
