# TAWF — Team Arm Wrestling Federation > TAWF (Team Arm Wrestling Federation) is the world's first professional, team-based arm wrestling league. Founded in 2025 by Jason Costantini and Alex Keary (Table Monkeys Inc.), it fields eight franchises across Canada and the United States. A 14-week season launches Fall 2026 and culminates in the USA vs. Canada Finals. Games are played on the MAC Table over 32 matches (both arms, four weight classes); the first team to reach 100 points wins, otherwise the team with the most points after all matches. TAWF airs nationally on Fight Network (Canada) and Game+ (North America).
